The Partner Dashboard: Tips and Tricks

How to get more from the
Safeture Partner Dashboard

Managing the safety of people across several client organizations requires both an overview and the ability to act quickly. The Safeture Partner Dashboard gives partner administrators a consolidated view of risks, alerts, exposed assets, ongoing emergencies and active conversations across multiple client accounts.

The dashboard is most effective when used as part of a clear operational workflow. In this guide, we share practical tips and tricks – including some lesser-known Partner Dashboard features – to help you focus your view, prioritize relevant incidents, identify who may need assistance, and coordinate an effective response.

Start by focusing your operational view

The Account Filter (Figure 1) controls the information displayed across the Partner Dashboard.

Select the client accounts and groups you want to monitor, and then click Apply Filter. This allows you to focus on the organizations, regions or operational groups that are relevant to your current responsibilities instead of working through information from every connected account.

Your selected filters remain in place between sessions, making it easier to return to the same operational view the next time you sign in.

When an app user activates emergency mode, a red flashing triangle appears beside the relevant account. This provides an immediate visual indication of which client account requires attention.

Practical tip: Create a consistent filtering routine for each shift or operational team. For example, teams can organize their view by client, region or responsibility to reduce unnecessary information and speed up decision-making.

Prioritize alerts based on relevance

The Alerts widget (Figure 2) displays recent incidents affecting assets connected to the selected accounts. These assets may include end-users, facilities, and destinations associated with upcoming travel bookings.

Rather than reviewing every alert in chronological order, use the available filters (Figure 3) to narrow the list by:

  • Risk level
  • Resolution status
  • Country of publication

This helps operators concentrate on incidents that are most likely to require action.

In figure 4, you can see the overview of an “Alerts” widget.

Selecting Go to alert (Figure 4) opens a more detailed incident view. Here, you can review the location of the incident, its risk level and category, a description of what has happened and information about the assets that may be affected.

Alerts that have been assessed and no longer require attention can be resolved to keep the operational view manageable. An alert should not be resolved simply because it is old; it should be resolved once its relevance has been assessed and any necessary action has been completed.

Identify who may need assistance

The detailed alert view includes an In area section showing the people and assets considered close to or otherwise affected by the incident.

Operators can filter the displayed users and travelers according to factors such as:

  • App users
  • VIP
  • “I’m OK” status
  • Unknown status
  • Emergency status

The view also provides useful context for each potentially affected person. This may include their position type, the time of their latest location report and the reason they are considered to be near the incident.

For example, a person may have an exact location within the alert radius, be located in the same region or be associated with the area through a travel booking.

This context helps operators distinguish between people who have already confirmed that they are safe and those who may require follow-up.

Use ‘Start Chat with Selected‘ to contact affected people directly. A practical approach is to prioritize people whose status remains unknown or who have activated emergency mode.

To protect client data, communication must be managed separately for each client account. People from multiple client organizations cannot be contacted through a single cross-account message.

Another practical approach is to create a Safety Check. Select the users that should receive the Safety Check, or simply click “Select All”.

Practical tip!

There is an ‘Are you okay’ template by default, to save time. You can both alter this template and add your own templates for future use.

Use country risk exposure proactively

Not every risk-management activity begins with an alert. The Country Risk Exposure widget supports proactive monitoring by showing how many users, upcoming travel bookings and facilities are exposed to different country risk levels.

The information can be filtered by country and risk level, helping operators identify areas that may require closer attention.

Select Show Details to see which countries contain exposed assets. This can help answer operational questions such as:

  • Are employees currently located in a high-risk country?
  • Are travelers scheduled to arrive in an elevated-risk destination?
  • Does a client have facilities in a country where conditions are deteriorating?
  • Should travelers receive additional information before departure?

The presentation of this widget may vary depending on the risk-intelligence provider connected to the account.

Practical tip!

Review upcoming travel to elevated-risk destinations regularly rather than waiting for a major incident. This gives your team time to inform travelers, confirm procedures and coordinate with the relevant client before departure.

Respond to emergencies with the right context

The Emergencies widget (Figure 7) provides an overview of all active emergencies across the selected client accounts. It remains visible even when no emergencies are active, in which case it displays No Active Emergencies.

When a user activates the emergency button in the Safeture mobile application, the dashboard updates automatically within seconds.

Select Show Details to access the contextual information needed to begin the response. This includes:

  • The user’s latest location report
  • Their latest contact with the app
  • The time the emergency was initiated
  • Relevant personal and operational information

From this view, the operator can communicate with the person, begin the appropriate response process and document the situation until it has been resolved.

An emergency remains visible until an administrator resolves it. This reduces the risk of an open case disappearing from the operational view before the response has been completed.

Maintain continuity through the Chats widget

Effective incident management rarely ends with the first message.

The Chats widget displays ongoing conversations in chronological order. Unread conversations are highlighted, making it easier to identify new responses and cases that require follow-up.

Selecting a conversation opens it in the Communications Module. From there, operators can continue the conversation, contact recipients who have not responded and maintain an overview of the communication history.

Chats can also be archived when they are no longer active. Archiving a conversation removes it from the Chats widget and helps keep the dashboard focused on open cases.

A practical Partner Dashboard workflow

For day-to-day operations, the dashboard can be used as a simple five-step process:

  1. Focus: Select the relevant accounts and groups.
  2. Assess: Review alerts and country risk exposure.
  3. Identify: Determine which people, bookings or facilities may be affected.
  4. Communicate: Contact the people who need information or assistance.
  5. Follow up: Monitor responses, manage emergencies and resolve completed cases.

By combining proactive monitoring with structured emergency response, the Partner Dashboard helps assistance and risk-management providers maintain oversight across multiple client accounts without losing the individual context required to support each person.

The result is a clearer operational picture, faster prioritization and more coordinated communication when it matters most.
